Return and Exchange Policy FAQ

Lone Wolf Paintball does not offer refunds on retail purchases and orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. If an item is brand new, never used and has all of its original packaging, it can be exchanged for store credit but we will not issue a cash refund.

If you receive a product is defective, it will be repaired based on the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty repairs are usually very quick so you won't be off the field for long. Warranty coverage typically ranges from 90 days up to a year depending on the item and manufacturer. Just e-mail our Customer Service Team so we can get the repair process started for you!

If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can start an investigation. Do not throw away any of the packaging or contents since the shipping company will need them for inspection.

If you need to edit or cancel an order before it has shipped, please reach out to our Customer Service Team ASAP by sending an e-mail to info@lonewolfpaintball.com. We will try our best to pull the order before it is shipped but we cannot guarantee that we catch it in time. If an order does need to be canceled before it is shipped, we will have to impose a 3% cancellation fee. Regardless if the order is canceled or not, we are still liable for the payment processing fees from the credit card company, PayPal, Affirm, etc and must pass that fee along

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Center by clicking here
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and in brand new condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Paintballs
  • Airball Fields
  • Beef Jerky
  • Refurbished Equipment

The item I received is not working as expected!

Lone Wolf Paintball is an authorized service center for all the brands we carry so we can easily assist you in getting your item repaired. If we cannot repair it, we will put you in contact with the manufacturer so they can help resolve your issue. Just e-mail our Customer Service Team so we can get the repair process started for you!

Most paintball equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty so we will not just send out a brand new item. We must follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repair. The only time a brand new item will be given is if the manufacturer deems the product is not repairable.

Can the items be exchanged?

You can send your item back using the link provided above. Once we receive and inspect the item we will issue a gift card for the cost of the item (less the return shipping fee) so you can place an order for the correct item

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to store credit (gift card)

Lone Wolf Paintball does not offer cash refunds. Store credit is the only option available

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my Store Credit ?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
